Yuck the kids and I have been sick the last few days, so there hasn't been much food consumed for me to record. I feel much better today, so I'll start up again. On a positive note I am down 5 lbs :)

It's not fun being sick, but I'm glad you're feeling better now. Good for you on the 5 lbs!!

Sorry to hear that you have been dealing with sickness, being sick is not the way you want to lose weight. But since you have, use it as a catalyst to see how much better it feels to not have to carry around that extra weight. Go pick up a 5 lb bag of sugar at the grocery store and realize that you are carrying that much less weight everywhere you go. It all adds up and you can do this...especially now that you are feeling better!
