Omg i creaked my neck last night i can barely do anything..even typing hurts! Blah, but I'm still happy because i'm under 200!! Yesterday was 199.8 today 199.2! I'm losing nearly a pound everyday! I love tuna!!

It is awesome that you are down below 200. But are you logging all your foods? If so you need to start eating way more veggies. You need 20 carbs a day, 12-15 of them from foundation veggies. And you are going to burn out on tuna really quickly. You should go to the Atkns.com website and read the learn Atkins pages.
