Another absolutely killer body pump class tonight. I increased the weights and by the end of the class I was completely regretting my decision. I am going to be sore. I generally like that feeling though, because it reminds me of my goals. I have a conference tomorrow all day and they are notorious for serving bad food. I wanted to work out a little harder so I'm glad I pushed it. I don't want to reverse the gains (and losses!) that I have made to this point. Wish me luck!
