2 stone in 6 weeks, just shows that low carbs, no compromising, no excuses and 25k steps a day pays off. 😊
I've also quit drinking at the start of January, (which I was doing on a daily basis), haven't had a cigarette for over 2 weeks and the quit smoking nhs scheme I joined give me a 12month free gym membership with starts after 6 weeks smoke free (the only reason I joined).
