Havent been on here for a while so therefore i cheated lol. Not a lot though. I still stuck to eating healthy throughout the day. Still making my own lunch for work and drinking all that good water. The only thing i've been slacking on is the working out part. Last week i didnt go on my evening walks because my foot has been hurting. But today i got back on track. I ate healthy all day today and all day yesterday. Except Saturday and Sunday. Im not focusing on the scale because i dont want to stress myself over it. I've been getting compliments at work and of course i enjoy it lol. Im not going to let a couple of days ruin my goals.
