Good morning, buddies and friends!

Greetings from Paris!

We arrived late last night, after a hassle free trip. Exhausted, both of us. Now, Saturday morning, we're ready to go explore.

No weigh in, obviously, but I'm doing great. I stayed within my 600 calories limit as planned yesterday.

Today, I'm gonna a consciously, but enjoy the vacation time. I am allowing myself 3000cslories,but would like to end up much lower. Let's see.

Paris, here we come!

Have fun in Paris. Parlez vous francais? I know a little. Very little, but I want to learn French. I am basically fluent in Spanish. My twin sister has lost twenty pounds in two months (low carb is the way I guess). My appetite has decreased at least. Bon Voyage...
