Just finished my farthest walk since I've been on my diet. 4.80 mile in 1 hr 32 mins. I feel like walking is such great exercise if I can get in at least 3 to 4 miles. I can't wait to get home, so I can walk my dog. She loves long walks, and it's been awhile since we've been on our daily walks.

Yay!!! I did my farthest walk today too. I went 5.2 miles in 1 hour 17 minutes. I feel great. I also have the goal to try and hit 3 miles everyday.

Thanks. I just try to jog a little throughout my walk. You will be at 4 miles in a hour in no time. You are making great changes in your life!

Use your doggie as your workout partner! Once you get her in the habit of walking she'll be expecting a walk everyday. At least that's how it worked out with my doggie. :) Great job!

Oh she will! She did when we were walking before and she walks fast so she keeps me at a good pace
