This was the first day back to school. I'm very tired tonight but I'm proud of myself cause I stuck to my eating plan for the day and I also got up and walked 45 minutes before work. They have so much baked stuff at work that the teachers bring in and it makes it hard to stay away but I did today, now I just need to do it the rest of the school year. I try and save some of my Pt's. for slip ups.
