Thanks guys I also just got done getting my first good workout in since I've been sick... a month! I did an hour of cardio... 30 min on the stationary bike and 30 min on the rowing machine! That rowing machine kicked my butt!

And I just noticed....you now have less to lose than you've already lost! I can hardly wait to get to that point myself, but it's weeks away.
