Happily, it appears that yesterday's weigh-in was impacted by bloat/water retention? I'm not going to weigh-in a second time, because for all I know this morning's number could be a fluke, but I saw 176.8, which is .2 pounds down from last week's weigh-in and 1.4 pounds below yesterday. Going to try and incorporate veggies in at least two meals per day, and going to stay out of the kitchen between the hours of 4p and making dinner, because that is the WORST time of day for me -- I tend to graze/binge eat something ridiculous.
