I have been in a major pissy mood for about a week... who knows... it has dissipated for the most part (but don't push me). Tomorrow is weigh in day and it should be interesting... don't know what to expect. I expect it to hover for the most part. I will say this... here is a pic of me and some college friends. We had a gathering earlier this week. What I find interesting is ... I still look at myself thru "fat glasses". I am not deceiving myself... I am still overweight..but as I look at this pic... I am not as disproportionate as my mind conceives me to be. A little happy to celebrated along the way to say the least. Now if I can just wrap my psyche around it. And my 40w shorts I bought for my Oklahoma trip are now loose on my hips... down from 46w.

Great Pic...you should be very proud of your progress, Sometimes it takes a picture to see how far you have really come. I think you look great!! Good luck with the weigh in tomm.

I hate pics of myself...I'm so critical of myself, but I guess we are all like that. You look happy and I have to say...46 to a 40 waist is awesome!! That's 6 whole inches!! And they're getting baggy too, so you're even smaller!! That's a great achievement! Be proud. Hope you get outta the funk soon. It's hard to see how much we've accomplished sometimes. Like Moose always says...be kind to yourself!

Holy Cow Steve! Listen to the comments everyone has stated - you can definitely see your progress. You really do look different than some of the previous pics you have posted. To be honest, I had to look good and hard because I didn't even recognize you. Great job - looking GOOD!
