Today is my last day of work, and then just over a month of off time before I start school up again. I'm so excited. I really plan on taking advantage of this month to get more workouts in. I've actually been doing ok with eating, and lost 3 lbs this week without going to the gym. I know I need excercise, so this is the perfect oportunity to get in the habit.
