so im down5 lbs and i feel great. Today my twin sister saw me and said "Wow! you're losing your stomach" it felt great hearing that because i honestly cant notice it. Im doing so well i cant stop now. im on my third week and even though i expected to lose more weight im okay losing 1-2 lbs a week. Its slow progress but it's still progress. I cant expect to go down 80 pounds in 1 month. Just not possible. I've been noticing that since i've been eating through out the day i start tp become full quickly when dinner comes around. With all the eating small meals 5-6 times a day and intaking a lot of water its defiantly kicked those cravings and over eating.For the people out there trying to become healthy one advice i've learned is dont quit and take a day at a time. I wake up every morning as if it was my first day. Don't over stress your self. Just because you dont notice anything happening to your body physically doesnt mean your not burning the weight.As long as you follow your healthy diet you'll see the difference. Wether its from your clothes fitting a little loose or and family member complimenting you and how good you look. JUST DONT GIVE UP! KEEP GOING. Like i've said i like to feel good about myself. Even though i lost 5 lbs i can feel a difference. Im proud of myself :)
