Slow and steady wins the race. I dropped 2 lbs this week. My appetite, at times, seems to be shrinking. So far this month, I'm averaging about 1500 cals per day. The last week I've been in the mid 1400 range. Tonight, I had to eat a granola bar to get my calories up! Success to all!
