I'm 58 yr old male. I had an angina attack and angioplasty 3 yrs ago. I work nights in an office and I sleep in the day. I've done this for 10 yrs and I've adapted quite well. There's no 24 hr gym handy and I don't have room for exercise machines and I ain't going jogging at 5 am in my neighbourhood! As I aged it was getting more difficult to drop more than 10 or 15 lbs. Weight watchers worked pretty good, but I'd put the weight back on after reaching my goal (or more likely - quitting;-) I like this fatsecret site and application because when I reach my goal, this time, I can increase the calories per day until I maintain the weight I want. For me, with my heart issues, this is a major lifestyle change! As I write this, I've been a member here for 2 months and I've lost 15 lbs.
