I've been wanting to lose weight for years, and I finally feel like I'm ready. I'm nervous. I love eating. I enjoy food along with eating it to comfort me. I turn to food whenever I'm stressed. I love walking, so I know that will be a big part of my exercise. I used to walk my dog at least 4 miles everyday...I haven't in a long while, and I just started that up again yesterday. I joined a gym too back in jan. I'd like to get there more than I have been, but walking my dogs is more of a priority, so well see how that goes.
