A quick note to let my buddies know I am alive and well!! Had a really fun time out last night with the love of my life!! Planning on enjoying the rest of the weekend and come tomorrow morning, back to 'reality'!! LOL!!! In the mean time ... I will continue to practice kindness towards myself and be grateful ... breathing in and out and practice being in each moment rather than fretting over what is past or what might be in the future!!

Glad you are well and had lots of fun last night. Hope the rest of this day goes very slowly because I still have lots to do and am feeling very lazy after the busy day yesterday.
