Hey, maybe I need to go on a vacation and gain a few pounds!! Maybe then the weight loss will pick up!! lol

no.. .cause you still eat on program while gone! hee hee hee.. I did gain 6 ... but was blown away.. it was gone within 5 days!.. My body missed eating well.

Isn't that just about the most amazing thing about this way of eating???When we deviate from it, our bodies let us know!!!! And I am happy for you that you were able to lose the gain so easily. If you are like me, driving always makes me retain fluid!!

Woo-hoo Steve. Your weight gain has been given a big kick in the ass by the wonderful weight loss you are experiencing. Stef, I agree with Steve. I don't think you have once had a slip up, even while gone.
