I am an emotional roller-coaster right now. Irritable one moment, pouty the next, and every now and then i get positive and charged. I am slowly snapping and cracking. I have figured out that I do need to eat more than what I was. My wife suggested it, and I do feel better. I am still making good choices and staying way under my calorie limit. Proud of the exercise I did today as well. Water aerobics can kick your butt if you let it. Especially after thirty minutes of straight laps in the pool.
