I fell apart last night after dinner and had two mini bagels with cream cheese and jelly plus a skinny cow ice cream sandwich! All day I was fine with the lemon water. I'm hoping today will be better since I have to work this evening during the temptation period :)

So far so good this AM...but no "flush" because that causes some discomfort!

Hang in there....sometimes we just need to have those not so good for us things. You are doing just great, you can do this I know it!

you can do it girl ... we all have our ups and downs, we're only human and we've got the rest of our lives to do this. sometimes, the best things are the ones that we have to wait a little while for! keep trying though, b/c practice makes perfect!!!:)

That is HARD to drink only lemon water, I would have eaten something too:) Atleast you didn't eat a whole pizza or a dozen doughnuts!
