I am buying a new scale this week--I seriously think there is something wrong with ours--or I am just totally oblivious and in denial. :) I had been doing well for the month of September, definitely for the last couple weeks, and it appeared that the slope of my graph was looking good. I cannot figure out this huge jump. Nothing special or out of the ordinary this weekend. I think I will go back to logging EVERY SINGLE THING I put in my mouth. I am trying a detox cleanse for the next few days because I think that my body is so toxic that I must not be able to shed any weight. We'll see how it goes...
I did the "flush thing" this am with sea salt warm water and I've had an iced coffee light (starbucks--1 point on WW) and a lot of water. I need to make the lemon water now. I am still doing my usual intense workouts, and yet I still cannot lose...argh
I drank the lemon water all day and had some progresso light soup this evening for dinner--i couldn't drink lemon water and watch my kids eat dinner :) Not too bad, but I want to go to bed now so I don't cave and eat something bad!
