Calories galore!!
I ate out both for lunch and supper yesterday. I couldn't believe how much my stomach has adjusted to eating normal portions! Before I started eating healthier, I could finish off a hug portion of food at a restaurant and still have room for dessert. Last night I felt like I was going to throw up I was so full. It really turns you off from eating like that often. Tonight I have a going away party from my work girls. I will be moving to another province in a week, so I'm going to enjoy my time with the girls tonight and not worry about cals. I can't really enjoy myself to the fullest when I'm always worried about everything that goes into my mouth. I know I will suffer for it later, but I will run today to counteract some of the cals. Anyway, I'm not worried about it. I'm gonna have fun!!
