Yay Me! I'm feeling great, it's pretty amazing what happens when you just eat cleaner and move more. It doesn't take much to make big changes, you just have to have the motivation and determination to do what's right even when your tempted with an unhealthy choice. I'm pretty sure that's where my biggest problem lies, but I'm working hard to change everything so that those temptations won't be temptations any more.
