Did you eat enough today? This recording food thing is sooo good. It makes me realize how much I'm shoving in my face everyday. You rock!!! Your running pace is close to mine right now. We can definitely do an 8k run. You should try measurements instead of pounds for measuring. With the Turbo Jam and with running, you might be just gaining lean muscle mass which masks how well you're doing.

I tried measuring but I don't see much difference :( I have lost almost 20lbs and I only went down one size. It's kind of disheartening, so when I lose a few more pounds, I'll measure again. Here are my measurements: Waist (@ bellybutton when sucking in): 38 Hips (around widest part): 46 bust: 41 Thigh: R28 L27.5 arm (L&R): 14.5 Calf (L&R): 17
