So, I still can barely move. I'm trying to walk, but it just hurts! Never thought a half hour class could hurt so bad! lol However, I'm trying to make up for the decreased exercise by watching my intake and increasing my water intake. I haven't gained anything so that's a good sign anyway. Hopefully, I'll feel up to walking good in the morning.

Hi there, I just read your journal from yesterday. If your tailbone hurts after sit-ups you need to stretch your hipflexors BEFORE you do sit-ups. I know it sounds weird, but different muscles can take over. Go down on your knees, put one leg forward & really lean into the stretch forward. Then do the other leg. Remember, pain is only temporary :)
