I know everyone has heard this before but I have got to get this extra weight off. Ash Wednesday and being Catholic I'm fasting and abstaining from meat today. Not an easy task but I'm trying my best not to eat between meals and especially no meat. I'm also going to try and stay away from the scales until next Wednesday. Maybe seeing tha number only once a week will help too.
