Well.....there ya go. I'm the fattest I should be 2 days out from TOM and I guess the cranwater and other things did a bit of the trick. Given my calories....I should still be about 2 lbs lower...I SHOULD have hit 119 by Sunday but I guess I have 2 more days to let the working out, eating, and crantwater, play catch up since the body is 2 days off anyway. MEANING....if I eat crap today...it usually doesn't show on the scale for 2-3 days. so....conversely, the good eating/exercise/blah, blah....has the same lag to it.
We'll see!
PLUS...if I have a hard workout, my muscles hold fluid to heal for about 2 days too.
Today....yesterdays running and weights...and maybe finish the day with yoga just to clear my head from all this party planning!
