Weighing in every day is fine for people who can handle it. Once a week is good for people who let their weigh-in effect their daily mood. Our weight can change hourly based on many factors (sodium, hormones, amount of exercise, etc), so for people who understand that we can weigh 130 in the morning and 136 at night, it's no biggie. If that kind of stuff doesn't bother you, than weighing in every day can be a good thing. Good luck!
