Family is in the air on the plane now and I'll be doing damage control/recovery this upcoming week and getting back to my routine and habits. Despite hitting the gym as much as possible I'm looking forward to getting my focus back and seeing my numbers improve again. No weighing myself for a week or so as it's not a major motivator for me anyway.
Tightening the belt and increasing my lifts... let's go!
