I feel so full and bloated, and disgusting. Right now I don't see how I could have lost any weight at all, I just feel gross. I want to eat but I'm not hungry, hopefully I can keep my boredom under control. I wish I was more of a people-person, then I'd be out doing something right now, but I hardly ever go out with my friends anymore. I didn't really eat too much today and I still feel full and bloated. I need some encouragement or something.. I don't know.

Im here to the rescue hopefully for encouraging words... remember not to be to hard on yourself. How you feel know is not how you will feel probably tomorrow. The yucky feelings will pass. Keep up the great work!!!!
