Superbowl! OK, I shouldn't have eaten that but a couple/few days of eating right and exercise and it will just be a memory.
In light of the weekend, I'm pushing off my weigh-in for a day or so. I'd rather not know. ;)
I hope everyone had fun!

I did the same thing, but wish I would have skipped today's weigh in - Good idea! Here we go, back on track!

I think lots of people are waking up in similar circumstances today. The difference is we accept responsibility and are taking steps to make a change. We'll be at our goals in no time! ;)

My thoughts exactly! Except I did weigh myself this morning and did not like what I saw... but it does force me to come to terms with what overeating (even if just for one day) does to my goals. Can't live in denial when you're looking at a tangible number.

Weighed myself this morning and I'm back on track. I figured it wouldn't take long but it is a good reminder that it doesn't take much for me to gain weight. I have to accept that if I'm going to eat the garbage then I have to accept the fact that I need to make time to work it off. :)
