Okay, went on anniversary trip at ate well, following most guidelines. Probably more rice than I should have, but I was eating healthy and we walked everywhere and often! I get back and what does the scale say? Less than 179? NO! 185 lbs! WHAT?! So the last week I have been irritated and so beyond frustrated. Basically with a screw this diet attitude. In the last couple of days I've been scale crazy, this morning I was 181, and this afternoon I was 185. :( The current is 185.4 and BMI 30.9. I took measurements today and they are the following: Chest 36 1/2, Breasts 40, Butt 40, Stomach 40, Waist 35". Side note, THEY DO NOT MAKE SIZE 40 B in BRAS! So yesterday afternoon, I decided to start over back with phase one of the SBD but this time Supercharged version. The grocery trip was fine, but SO EXPENSIVE and only for three days and some. Completely throws me into a depressive state... While at the grocery store I grabbed a copy of the Best Life Diet and BLD Journal, because I remember reading it when it first came out and sounds good, but crazy on the exercise, especially since I'm such a HATE exercise type person. So I'm reading that again, and I'm thinking that I might attempt a SBD/BLD combination. Don't ask me how, I'm not quite sure of that myself. Anywhoo... I'm beyond disturbed and very doubtful of loosing anything. It doesn't help that my sister found out she was allergic to gluten a couple of years ago, cut out all gluten and wheat and is now a size 4, sometimes 6. She was the 14 and I was always the 12. Now she's the 4 and I'm the 16. I've never been a 4! So not fair! I'm happy for her I am, but why can I not get there? I'm not allergic to gluten, and with the hubby there is no way that I could cut all wheat just for kicks, plus that really stresses her out (with shopping). *Sigh* I will be skinny. I will make it to at least a size 12. Although, I wouldn't say no to a size 4.
