Yesterday, I met Irene for lunch. We went to a diner. I had 3 poached eggs on one slice of wheat toast. I had half of my hash browns and corned beef hash with ketchup all over it. Then I came home and ate 168 g of apricots and drank some wine. Who knows how many calories were consumed. I'll be very careful for the rest of the week!!!
