This has officially become my most used app on my phone. Constantly checking against calories and macros and logging everything I can. it has been six months this week since I started this journey and so far am very happy with the results! Thanks to all of you for the support and motivation! Reading through your journal entries helps a lot in keeping focused and knowing that the challenges are not exclusive to me.
