Hey there... being challenged today... just keeping it real... not gonna kick myself in the pants over it... BUT .. it is my birthday...and loving folks are bringing me goodies... I am craving sweets like crazy. A friend from South Africa brought me a Meulk Tarte custard pie...never had that before and I have eaten two slices... about. I have a massive weakness for homemade anything... I could totally inhale the whole thing. I already feel the carb buzz.. I have put the lid on it and I am now chowing on my salad. As I have said to others.. .I now remind myself...that I am in this for life...not just for loss. I usually pass such hurdles to get to the loss...but today... I am wavering.
