I am alive. I am well. I am feeling a little stiff and sore though ... funny how the body just doesn't recuperate quite as quickly as when I was younger. Silly me though ... I still get out there and dance like I didn't know better!! A fun evening!!
No weigh in today. No doubt the number on the scale would have been impacted by alcohol anyway. Today is pretty much a kick back day. We do have a couple errands we need to take care of but nothing major like cutting wood!! Mom has begun her vacation week so it is just the two of us, okay the three of us if I count the dog, for the next week. A rarity in our life as mom has lived with us for almost as long as we have been married!! My dad died about a year after we married. Fortunately we get along quite well and we love having Mom here. We are truly blessed in that realm!!

Ten Things You Need to Know About Losing Weight It has been very interesting. I actually have learned a few things I didn't know. I like understanding the 'science' behind things ... I'd recommend watching it if you haven't seen it already.

3. A thunderstorm and rain shower that cooled off our climate a bit yesterday evening.
