A so so day but to make up for it I went for a 40 minute walk tonight. Just got back and really enjoyed it. The wind is blowing so hard that I guess we are getting the tail end of hurricane. After picking my daughter up from college we ate at Wendys and that was my downfall as I had a baked potato with chili and cheese and a can of coke.But... I am geared up to lose as when I stepped on the scale tonight I have lost the two pounds i regained and lost two more over that. I just may hit the 180 mark by the end of this month yet.
