What is in store for 2013…Goals
-Give up soda -72 oz of water daily (3 water bottles) -Add more protein to daily intake -Leave desserts (good or bad) to Fridays or Saturdays -See my toes without bending over or sucking my tummy in...lol -Start a garden of some sort this year (tomatoes minimum) -Find more healthy (my) family friendly meals -Wear wedding rings again -Get down to 180 lbs by Christmas 2013
