Lisa, everyone is right, you are so chipper....it's awesome. I have finally decided to stop talking about how I need to exercise and DO IT! This weekend I am going to find a couple of DVD's and dust of the Wii and get busy. I know I need to take it a bit slow, but slow is better than none.
