I survived my first restricted calorie day. Consumed 534 calories. Not bad. I'll be interested to see my weigh in tomorrow morning. It wasn't too bad. I split it between breakfast and dinner then added a cup of decaf with creamer and Splenda in the evening.

Things are just really stressful here. I cried most the way to work and in between clients. Still not sure what to do about AimEarlyIdaho. I have a board meeting tomorrow evening. I'm so torn. I feel like I need to scale back but I'm afraid to. Guess I'll figure it out.

Bedtime now. Yay me.
