I have not been good this week help getting depressed and started eating and not been to th egym like I should wanna get started back in the morning. Help I need encouragment

I wish I knew what to say...I've been struggling with the same thing. The only thing I know is this kind of self sabatoge is an emotional and mental thing. I have to get the the root of the emotional problems in order to deal with this weight problem.

Big Orr you have done so well! We all slip up a little (or a lot). It is okay. There is always tomorrow to have a better day. You will fight your way through this, I know you will. Go Orr! Kick butt!! :D

I think part of it is the time of year, good grief every where we go there is food and lot's of it. But you should step back and look at how far you have come, you are doing great!! Get back up and get out there and exercise!! I had to give myself a pep talk today and it worked so go get em!!!

I agree this is a bad time of the yr. I know its been bad for me but you can and will get back on track. You have done so awesome:) Today is a new day get out there.
