I am still here....still documenting my progress, well my daily intake of food and burned calories. I have not lost any weight in the month but that I am sure due to not being able to get motivated with a new job and the holidays of staying busy but that is going to change TODAY! I am going to get back to exercising and that means walking in this nice 60/70 degree weather in December and my Tiffany Rothe work outs :)
