Good morning!
Today's journal is SHORT, but I did wanna come weight in.
Yesterday, I did fall in a bit. I had a chocolate that I did NOT intend to have, and one of the big ones too. Fortunately, dinner was much lower in calories than expected, so it evened out some, but not all. Boooo!
Oh well.
I gained weight. Pretty much everything I lost yesterday. That sucks. Still, I'll keep staying on course, and I'm still more than excited to be down three kilos over the last week!
This morning is BUSY! I'm helping daughter to finish her application for a new education. It's due today. No time for anything else, so I'm off from here again. Expect more from me later or tomorrow
