Haha, look who is back, guys! 😎 I'm sorry that I havent posted anything recently but the truth is I've been having some personal problems although I havent given up on my healthy eating habits and now I'm down to my lowest weight in a long time 312lbs! 13 more to go to be at my goal weight. Today of all days is going to be a difficult one since it is my older brothers bday and the family want's to eat together to celebrate, they do know that I'm on my weightloss journey so I asked them if we could eat somewhere where there are healthy food options. I am very happy seeing that I am back on track and sticking to the weight loss strategy is indeed working! stay strong guys and you will see your results. have a great day 😀
