Did 3.69 miles in an hour which is up from when I did 3.54 in an hour last month. I would like to do a 5k in the next couple months I actually did one when I had lost my weight the first time I was still 320 pounds when I did it last time. Im still pretty heavy but I set a goal to do 50 miles by Nov 30 I am currently at 15 miles done.
