I'd count days but I would get confused so instead I'll just say ... I'm baaaackkk!!!

So no wonder my joints hurt and I tire easily. No wonder my get up and go has got up and gone. That's what 50 lbs will do to you. I did get brave and look up what my original weight was when I joined Fatsecret. It was closer to 239 so I didn't gain ALL the weight back!!! LOL!!! Yea, whatever works huh moose???

Working diligently at being kind to myself and putting my plan into action. I realize I need to weigh, measure, and count calories. I stopped and it is just too dang easy to rationalize and be in denial. I also need to weigh every day. Yes. EVERY DAY. Unless I'm out of town or on vacation. EVERY DAY. Again ... my denial system is simply too sophisticated.

Well ... my Pilates teacher is calling me. Must move this body and get on with the day. Still dark outside but I've things to do. Take care and thanks for taking time for an old fat lady!!!

Yea Carol for coming back. We both have to get back to being disciplined and I know we can do it. Look at how good we did before and when we were here everyday it helped and it will help again. Just one day at a time. Do not expect miracles and do not get discouraged. That's what I tell myself everyday. Just keep coming here and just keep doing it. You will and in April you will be right where you want to be again. Enjoy your work out!!

Oh you're back!! So glad to read your words. Funny, I just weighed this morning after 85 days of ignoring the scale and anything diet related... Time to re-focus on myself. It's nice to see that I won't be alone in the process! Welcome back Carol.

Welcome back moose! Seems it has been a hard time for all lately, even though I haven't ignored my scale, and actually increased my excerise, have had a hard time with the food part and am pretty stuck at the moment...I guess that's what getting laid off will do to you, that and being to close to that fridge all day. Well, lets pick ourselves off and dust off our boots, we've got work to do!
