My family can see how much weight ive lost in my face, i think i can see it also but I still have such a long way to go before i reach my desired weight. Wish me luck, guys!

I don’t think I have seen your post before. Welcome. Do you have a plan for How you are going to achieve your goal? A particular way of eating, specific physical activities to keep that metabolic engine running? If there is anything we can help with just ask. Lots of people here using different approaches to their issues. Don’t be afraid to to try a program and switch it up if you need to. Motivation gets you started but developing good habits is what takes you to the goal line. Keep posting. Stay with us. This can be done.
