Good morning everyone! i took a bit of a hiatus from FS but i still maintained my diet, been going through some difficult times here but i havent given up on myself, even through the tough times I'm still here putting in the hard work. I went up in weight to 317 last time i checked and i truly didnt know why, I'm assuming perhaps some bread that i consumed but i managed to come back down in weight. I am still only 14 lbs shy of being under the 300lb mark which I'm truly excited about then my next goal is 270lbs then 250lbs then 230lbs and finally i want a weight of 200lbs. I'm really not sure how much i should weigh but ill be seeing a dr. and nutritionist soon. Anyway, guys, never give up and stay on course dont let anything come your WEIGH 😉😂 if you dwell too much on the hardships then you might fall back off, think positive and think harder for your goals and get your mind off anything that is negative, i used my experience as a motivator. I'm also thinking of big changes career wise and even changing to a more expensive gym once I lose a specific amount of weight, we will see what the future has in hold for me! thank you all for such the amazing support!! 🙇🏻‍♂️
