Well weight has started to go down again,the only thing that I can think of that I've changed is to cut out the salt and vinegar almonds, but they are so good. Won't buy any more for a bit. Will try adding something diff. for a snack.

I was just posting to another person how on Atkins there seems to be more of a daily shift in water-weight (as compared to a low-fat diet). I think salt and fiber are huge challenges. Blessings on your journey!
