Alright so, I haven't weighed myself in the last 2 days, I believe and today when I went to weigh myself it seems like I have lost nothing! i don't understand how exactly, I've been eating clean, been counting my calories. The app calculates that I should be consuming no more than 3000 a day to lose weight but I stick with under 2000. I even went to the gym yesterday and spent 2 and a half hours there burning off 1200 cals. Can anyone explain what the problem could be?

Be patient, muscles retain water after each workout to help with blood flow and begin repairing fibers for new muscle growth. Water weight is no joke. Keep at it and the weight will melt off 👍🏽

Thank you very much, i appreciate your thoughts and i will continue to eat well and exercise. It is a little disheartening to see no weight dropped but I'm not going to let that deter me. I cannot fail, I have to lose this weight.
